National Information Center on Health Services Research and Health Care Technology
Developed to serve the information needs of the health services research (HSR) community, HSR Information Central is a research portal of health services research resources providing numerous Internet links to data, funding announcements, reports, podcasts, discussion groups, and more. The National Library of Medicine’s HSR Information Program, coordinated by the National Information Center on Health Services Research and Health Care Technology, initiated the project. The first partner to join in populating the Web site was the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). NLM has received links from the National Cancer Institute, AcademyHealth, the Cecil C. Sheps Center for Health Services Research, and the Health Services Research and Development Service (HSR&D) at the Veterans Administration.
